prints version information
-h, --help
prints this information
-SWEEP=ne,ng,ns [OPTIONAL]
select sweep ns from group ng from exeripment ne
0 indicates a wildcard.
-VERBOSE=#, verbosity level #
0=silent, 9=debugging
