Until version 2.4 the upstream source tarball contained also the images/ and
sounds/ directory. In version 2.5 upstream split this up into a tarball that
contains only the source, and one that contains a pre-compiled binary and
the data files.
The Debian orig.tar.xz was generated by combining both tarballs, and also
removing embedded copies of libpng, zlib and jpeg.
