	subst ; <target> ; <regex> [ ; <replacement> [ ; <count> ] ]
	
Substitute the substrings that match the `<regex>` in the the `<target>` with the replacement. The default replacement is the empty string. The default count is all. 


## Examples

	${subst;foo.bar;.bar}       =>  foo
