  to simulate closed server behaviour
- Write d2char.c,.h - wrappers for using d2char_file
- Make use of d2char.c to actually initialize a d2char_file for
  the account when a diablo 2 CREATECHAR request is made
- Tabulate findings for unknown fields in bnet_protocol.h/t_d2char_info
