bomstrip for Debian

This package provides the compiled C implementation of bomstrip with
a couple of warning and reliability fixes. It also adds a manual page
and another command-line tool, bomstrip-files, for stripping files
in-place similarly to perl -i.bom or sed -i.bom.
The bomstrip distribution itself consists of implementations of
bomstrip filters in many languages. You may see those filters in
the source package, and you may find several fixes to some of them
on my bomstrip patchset webpage -
