The right operand of the comparison.
Valid values range from <i>0</i> to <b>BOOST_PP_LIMIT_MAG</b>.
</dd>

If <i>x</i> is less than or equal to <i>y</i>, this macro expands to <i>1</i>.
Otherwise, it expands to <i>0</i>.
