Currently no alternative JVM (kaffe, sablevm, gij, jamvm) be able to
create png or eps as output format. You must use another program like
rsvg (from librsvg2-bin) or gimp (with gimp-svg) to convert the svg
output to png or eps images. With the JVM from Sun you can directly
create png and eps images, but this is not part of Debian.
This package was compiled with the latest kaffe java compiler from
unstable. I know of problems using this class files with old j2re1.3
packages (http://bugs.debian.org/336527). So don't send bug reports if
you use an old JVM and get java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError
exceptions.
