The basic client tools now run on Win32 natively. 
The port was done by nick@omniis.com.

* bbackupd
* bbackupquery
* bbackupctl

Have been ported. bbackupd runs as a NT style service.

Known limitations:

* File attributes and permissions are not backed up.
