batchparms \- bsmtpd configuration file

.B batchparms
tells
.BR sbsmtp (8)
and
.BR bsmtp (8)
which UUCP site uses which compression method, how to name the batch
and the size of the batches.

The file consists of lines with four colums:

.I site
the uucp name of the receiver site.
.TP
.I batch-size
When the batch is bigger than this value, it will automatically be
sent out using
.BR uux (8).

.I compression method
The method to compress the batches. Allowed values are
.B -
(dash) for no compression,
.BR gzip ,
.BR compress ,
and freeze.

.I receiver process
A freely selected name of the batch. You should join a name, which is
understood by the receiving system. Common values are
.B rsmtp
(no compression),
.B rgsmtp
(gzip) and
.BR rcsmtp
or
.BR cbsmtp ,
(compress). Or simply use
.BR rbsmtp
the default name of bsmtpd, which understands different compression
types.
