Bullet for Debian

The data and examples directories were removed from the original tarball.
We don't build the examples and reviewing countless files for each new
release is tedious. I prefer to support the essential part, the libraries,
only.
The removed pdf files cannot be modified and no source files were provided. See
Debian bug #725493 for more information.
If you are interested in those files and want to build the examples, you can
easily recreate the original sources by removing the Files-Excluded lines in
debian/copyright and running debian/rules get-orig-source.
