bwidget for DEBIAN

The bwidget package is architecture-independent and so should/ought to
go into a directory below /usr/share. But the Debian Tcl/Tk packages'
auto_path doesn't contain /usr/share, which would make it inconvenient
for people to use the package. For the time being it is in /usr/lib.
