Calypso eelease process

1) Set version in calypso/__init__.py. Commit to master

2) Tag master branch with version number

3) Merge master to debian branch.

4) Update debian/changelog. Commit to debian

5) sh ./release.sh

6) sh ./upload.sh

7) Update calypso.mdwn page to add link for new release tarball

8) Send mail to the calypso@keithp.com mailing list
