You have to go to http://ftp1.sourceforge.net/kbedic, get the
package bedic-data-4.0.tar.gz, unpack it and install the files en_bg.dat
and bg_en.dat in directory /usr/local/share/bedic/.  Please look at
README.gz and README.kbedic.gz for additional information and help.
