Version 1.08 fixes an embarassing bug about command pipelines not working.

Version 1.07 fixes long-standing problems with burning MP3s and with spaces
in filenames.
Version 1.06 fixes some interface bugs. People should have a better time
selecting a pre-made image.
Version 1.05 allows numeric SCSI device specification. This should fix the
problems people have reported where they can't use something like "5,0" for
the device field.
Version 1.04 fixes bugs and adds a nicer file dialog for tk8 users. Older TK
versions will continue to use the old file dialog.
Version 1.03 added better help and can now organize data track virtually. IE
you can select directories from different parts of your filesystem and have
them show up on the CD where ever you want.
Version 1.02 added ability to burn audio from MP3 files, and better help.
Version 1.01 added support for 8x drives.
Version 1.00 added a directory browser and will read audio tracks elsewhere
from the current directory.
Version 0.99 added padding options and information on audio formats.
Version 0.98 added more help text and rearanged things a bit.
Version 0.97 was a bug-fix.
Version 0.96 added cdrw blanking and CD data reading.
Version 0.95 added bootable CD support and a few extra write options.
Version 0.9 was the original release.
