Description: A best-effort unicode plain text printer
cedilla is a simple text printer that creates postscript
documents from unicode plain text, much like a2ps.
 .
Its main feature is that it will try to compensate for the
missing characters (glyphs) from the fonts used so that the
resulting output will be as close to the intended output
 as possible.
