Support for CSL JSON removed

Support for CSL JSON bibliographic data has been removed, because of a
dependency to citeproc-el (https://github.com/andras-simonyi/citeproc-el), which
we haven't packaged in debian.
I have no use for CSL JSON, I have therefore no inclination to package
citeproc-el.
If someone wishes CSL JSON support, they should package citeproc-el and ping me
when its done. I will gladly re-add support then.
