When you want to use the built plugins, launch with the environment
variable set:

CC_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/cloudcompare/plugins/ CloudCompare

aarch64-linux-gnu can be different for you, see:

gcc -dumpmachine or dpkg-architecture -qDEB_HOST_MULTIARCH
