Clustal W for Debian

Since version 2.1, Clustal is free software. The upstream archives have been
updated in December 2010 to clarify that, but their version number was not
changed. Because the Debian archive does not support this, the Debian package's
version is 2.1+lgpl.

The packaging of ClustalW and ClustalX has been split to better reflect the
handling of upstream and thus reduce our effort. The name of the binary remains
clustalw instead of upstream's clustalw2. If there are any problems with this
approach, then please inform us about it.
