The upstream tarball has been modified as follows, to comply with DFSG:
* All .jar files under lib and antLibrary/common directories has been
removed since Debian packages must build with libraries installed on
system.
* All files under etc/dtds has been removed since it is not clear if such
files can be distributed. Some files have copyright notices like
'All rights reserved' and there are others that is not clear if they
are distributable or not.
