Removal of src-agg/ directory from upstream source tarball

Context Free builds against libagg-dev 1:2.4 so src-agg/ has been removed.
A patch modifies the Makefile to use the system version of AGG.
Removal of src-net/ and src-win/ directories from upstream source tarball

The entire src-net/ directory was removed from the upstream contexfree source
tarball. This directory contained files not distributable according to the
DFSG, either because they were written by third-party authors and had no
license information attached, or because their license terms forbid
redistribution. Since this directory only contained files relevant to the
Windows build of contextfree, the package's functionality is not affected by
this removal.
Removal of src-osx/ and src-scintilla/ directories from upstream source tarball

This source directory is only used for OS X builds and contains non-free
code.
Removal of src-ffmpeg/ directory from upstream source tarball
-------------------------------------------------------------
The Context Free source includes FFmpeg header and precompiled object files in
src-ffmpeg/ in the upstream source tarball. These are used to provide support
for rendering animations to video files, in addition to the rendering of
animations to a series of PNG files that is provided when not using FFmpeg.
I have removed this directory from the Debian source package, for a number of
reasons:
1. We cannot use the included header files and link to e.g. the libav*
packages in Debian, as the included header files use functions that are
incompatible with Debian's libav* packages.
2. Keeping the src-ffmpeg/ directory in the Debian source package without
using it would mean keeping track of all the copyrights and different
authors of all those files and inventorying then in debian/copyright, which
is a lot of work with no apparent benefit.
This means that Context Free in Debian can only render to sequences of PNG
files for animation (which doesn't require FFmpeg).
