.H 3 Wordlist
This function may be used to extract a list of words from a larger list.
The first argument is the starting position, and the second argument is
the ending poistion, inclusive. The third and subsequent arguments are
the list to be extracted from. Positions are numbered starting from 1.
If the start is bigger than the end, they will be quietly swapped. If
the start is bigger than the list, the result will be empty.
