The files in this directory contain various data that cpptraj relies on, but
that is directly coded into cpptraj.

ATOMTYPE_CHECK.TAB : Used to convert Amber atom types to Sybyl atom types (Mol2 write, sybyltype/sybylatom).
BONDTYPE_CHECK.TAB : Used to convert bonds using Amber atom types to Sybyl bond types (Mol2 write, sybyltype/sybylbond).
Karplus.txt        : The "Karplus" parameters used by the J-coupling calculation action ('jcoupling' command).
