* Replace modules in drivers/dahdi with patches:
  - vzaphfc: not actually used. Leave it for current release (2.2.0.2-1)
    until we're sur zaphfc actually works. Then remove it (this package
    is sadyl its upstream).
  - Convert the other two drivers to patches.
