dart for Debian

OK.
At the present time, the dart-client package might be useful, but the dart-server client is not
ready for prime time. See http://public.kitware.com/Dart/ for more information.
Mainly this package is my personal attempt to coerce Debian build machines to upload
results to the kitware Dart servers. Thus something like VTK 4.x can build-depend upon
dart-client and then http://www.vtk.org/Testing/Dashboard/20020805-0300-Nightly/Dashboard.html
will show results from all dozen or so Debian build architectures.
Once that works, then in the future this may be of interest to let Debian systems act
as Dart clients and servers independently of kitware. Anyone wanting to improve the
dart-server package should contact me with suggestions and patches.
