a a maximum number of keys to be stored on a page as part of the
<a href="../../api_c/Db/open.html">db_open</a> call to open the database, specifically by setting the
<a href="../../api_c/DbInfo/info.html#bt_maxkey">bt_maxkey</a> element of the DB_INFO structure.
