The <code class="methodname">Db::get_transactional()</code> method returns non-zero if the
<a class="link" href="db.html" title="Chapter 2. The Db Handle">Db</a> handle has been opened in a
transactional mode, otherwise it returns <code class="literal">0</code>.
</p>
<p>
The <code class="methodname">Db::get_transactional()</code> method may be called at any time during
the life of the application.
