method allows the caller to compare two <code class="classname">DB_LSN</code>
structures, returning 0 if they are equal, 1 if <span class="bold"><strong>lsn0</strong></span> is greater than <span class="bold"><strong>lsn1</strong></span>, and -1 if <span class="bold"><strong>lsn0</strong></span> is less than <span class="bold"><strong>lsn1</strong></span>.
