<para>These properties are used to configure the <package>endnotes</package>
package when the foonotes are printed as endnotes.
Each attribute defines the content of the setup macros of the package.
The user should always override the attributes of
<sgmltag>endnotes.properties</sgmltag> and leave
<sgmltag>endnotes.properties.default</sgmltag> untouched.
