Here are some tasks we should keep in mind.

 - Check out Progeny autoinstall, and check if we can replace our versions of
   debconf-save-answers and debconf-load-defaults with readdebconf and
   setdebconf.

 - Later debconf version contain debconf-set-selection which do this
   job
