dhttpd for Debian

dhttpd follows the webstandard as much as possible
/var/www Document Root
http://localhost/doc/package refers to /usr/share/doc/package
dhttpd does not support cgi-bin executables and therefore not that part of
the webstandard.
You can simply start the webserver from a useraccount with
dhttpd -p8080
for example. Multiple copies can run without a problem.

This Debian version has support for logging some errors to syslog added.
