Upstream has taken this proprietary. The last upstream release with a
free license was 2.1.3, and the homepage swizzled to
http://www.qtrac.eu/diffpdf-foss.html with the addition of the "-foss".
A couple unofficial forks have popped up. One is at
https://gitlab.com/eang/diffpdf.git by Elvis Angelaccio
<elvis.angelaccio@kde.org> which ported from qt4 to qt5, switched the
build system to cmake, and added an option to save a PDF showing the
differences. The Debian version has patches for a qt5 port, MPI
parallel comparison for an enormous mulicore speedup, and various
minor tweaks.
