- mtcp_sys_memcpy, mtcp_sys_memcmp doing byte-at-a-time copy for simplicity
--- Go back and implement more efficient version from glibc?
Only need to keep it if we use mtcp_maybebpt when no libc.so avail.

- Delete NOTES-x86_64 when no longer needed (or keep them around for others?).

This claims that the port to ARM has glibc support for Thread Local Storage
descriptors, and that much of it is generic and could eventually
be put in the generic branch. It that happens, then we might
	be able to use it.
