dnscrypt-proxy (2.0.16-2) unstable; urgency=medium
The 2.0 series of dnscrypt-proxy has been rewritten in Go, has support
for DNS-over-TLS and DNS-over-HTTPS, and has a completely different
configuration file format, now found in
/etc/dnscrypt-proxy/dnscrypt-proxy.toml. No attempt to convent the old
config file to the new one has been made.

dnscrypt-proxy (1.8.1-3) unstable; urgency=medium
As of this version the /etc/default/dnscrypt-proxy is no longer used
and there is a proper configuration file at
/etc/dnscrypt-proxy/dnscrypt-proxy.conf.
