<p>If non-zero, output from <code class="sgmltag-element">authorblurb</code> and
<a href="http://docbook.org/tdg5/en/html/personblurb.html"><code class="sgmltag-element">personblurb</code></a> elements is displayed on title pages. If zero
(the default), output from those elements is suppressed on title pages
(unless you are using a <code class="literal">titlepage</code> customization
that causes them to be included).</p>
