Carey Evans <c.evans@clear.net.nz> pointed out that Exim uses GPL'd
CDB routines (the C source files are public domain; see copyright).
If they were built into external utilities and documented, that would
be useful.. Then again, if they are embedded in Exim, it's no use for
cdb.deb.
