DSDP can be run in parallel using parallel either the parallel Cholesky
solver from ScaLAPACK or the parallel preconditioned Conjugate Gradient
method from PETSc.   For most problems, the Cholesky solver is recommended.
It has proven to be more robust, and it is faster on most problems.
