The original PSTricks package(included in tetex-extra) can't handle
Japanese 2-byte fonts. You may want to do the following:

  % su
  # cd /usr/share/texmf/dvips/pstricks
  # zcat /usr/share/doc/dvipsk-ja/PSTricks.patch.gz | patch -p1
