dvoark7min for DEBIAN

Previous versions of this package included the asdf and aoeu binaries
installed in /usr/bin. Unfortunately they only work with the i386
architecture, so they have been moved to /usr/share/doc/dvoark7min/examples if
you can suggest a way to fix the scripts they will move back to /usr/bin, but
until then they stay in examples.
