# this general import format header describes the data which may be found
# in general.exampledata. It is a deformed regular
# grid (with irregular positions and regular connections). The first two
# numbers specify the x,y positions, and then there are two data fields
# associated with those positions. They have been named "data1" and "data2".
# data1 consists of scalar values, and data2 consists of 2-vectors.
# The importer has been instructed to skip one line before beginning
# to read the data. The "locations" keyword is used as the field name for
# the x,y positions. This instructs the importer to use these values to
# to create a "positions" component in the output fields.
