Upstream only releases bzip2 tarballs. At the moment, you need to
convert them to gzip like so:

$ bunzip2 e-uae-0.8.29-WIP4.tar.bz2
$ gzip -9 e-uae-0.8.29-WIP4.tar

With the next upstream version, we will bz2 directly now that we
use v3.0, and this will become obsolete.
