Upstream compresses its tarballs with the lzip format.
The uscan tool does not repackage such archives natively, so its last
step fails.
The lzip tool, from the lzip Debian package, must be run manually for
each new version.

# lzip -cd ../ed-$version.tar.lz | gzip -9 > ../ed_$version.orig.tar.gz
