elisp-manual-ja for Debian

This package provides the manual in GNU info format. The source
package contains Texinfo source and instructions for printing.
The entry name of this info is `elisp-ja'.
The manual included in this package is modified through two perl
scripts (texinfo.perl and replace.perl) written by TSUCHIYA Masatoshi
<tsuchiya@pine.kuee.kyoto-u.ac.jp>. These scripts put three
modifications on original Info files: (1) to complement @node lines,
(2) to replace references to English Emacs Info files with references
to Japanese ones, and (3) to replace Japanese punctuation marks with
periods and commas.
