A simple html renderer implementation for laying out pretty text in entity
applications, this implementation should add less than 1 MB of used memory
to a running app.  This html renderer uses cschtml which can be found at
http://www.cscmail.net/cschtml/  This renderer was implimented using
cschtml-1.1.0 but may work with earlier or later versions.
