epic4-script-light (1:2.8.0-3) unstable; urgency=low
* reverse sense of test for channel mode +t in topic alias. This allows a
non-op to change the topic if +t is not set (Closes: #276305)

epic4-script-light (1:2.8.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

epic4-script-light (1:2.7.30p5-3) unstable; urgency=low
* Fixed the way hold_mode is saved in showmessages. This prevents cases
where scrollback is left on and potentially allows scrolling past the
end of the screen buffer. (Closes: #192067)
- essentially this is a dirty ugly hack. All I've actually done is no
longer save the state of hold_mode for the window. This is not
optimal behaviour, but until epic4 provides a sane way to query the
current state of hold_mode (windowctl seems to be somewhat broken)
it's the best I can do.

epic4-script-light (1:2.7.30p5-2) unstable; urgency=low
* Security update which fixes double evaluation of $-expandos in dangerous
cases. The version is -2 to ensure that the version for stable will be <
the version for unstable.

epic4-script-light (1:2.7.30p4-0woody1) testing; urgency=high
* This release is the same as p4-1 prepared for woody.
(Closes: #152889, #152890)
* New upstream release. This release fixes some bugs and adds
some new features:
- Fixes issues with the colouring of the Light status bar.
- Fixes CTCP reply parsing (Closes: #134942).
- Fixes some problems in the \config code.
- Supports /nickserv and /memoserv on Dalnet.
- For non-Dalnet servers aliases /nickserv and /memoserv
to "/msg nickserv" and "/msg memoserv" for a more consistent
feel accross multiple servers.
- Backports /xlogin and /oper commands from the as yet unreleased
2.8 series.
- Removes /wlogin as Undernet does not use W any more, just X.
* Fixed a couple of spelling errors in README.Debian
* Added pointer to the light-users mailing list in
README.Debian.
* Changed upstream email in copyright and added trailing / to URL

epic4-script-light (1:2.7.30p3-4) unstable; urgency=low
* Changed README.Debian to explain how to use alternatives to make Light
the default. Also explained how to use Light evedn if it isn't the
default. (Closes: #132896).

epic4-script-light (1:2.7.30p3-3) unstable; urgency=low
* added some `rm -f` to the postinst to remove any files which might still
be hanging around from 2.8.0pre series. This *could* make it look like
you actually had 2.8pre installed when in fact you don't.

epic4-script-light (1:2.7.30p3-1) unstable; urgency=high
* Aw, crap. New upstream version, have to epoch it because I was asked to
switch trees. (closes: #135071)
* Severity high because it fixes a bazillion bugs in 2.8pre4 that make it
rather unusable. That and the fact that the previous version was non-DFSG
free. This must must must make it into woody.

epic4-script-light (2.8.0.0pre4-1) unstable; urgency=high
* Reverting Maintainer: back to myself so it won't be unmaintained in woody.
* Urgency high because this fixes all the epic4-script-light bugs. It was
previously buggy as all hell and I wouldn't want to see 2.7.30 in woody.
* New upstream version: 2.8-pre4.
