Short term:
 - normalize samples;

Medium term:
  - automagic help screen pressing "h" or "F1"
  - resizable menu screen
  - screen resizable via menu
  - fullscreen menu option
 - add new levels;
 - add level editor
 - add "boss" levels (every ten normal levels, different music, slow, "thinking" levels)

Long term:
 - No bugs ;)
 - add a *real* resource manager;
