1. Copy the distribution package to QE home directory and unpack it

2. To compile just hit "Compile". To change the compiler see ./SRC/make.inc file

3. User can edit Plot_Input file only (See Examples directory).

4. To start a job hit Run_Plot_Phonons

5. Other scripts should be remained untouched.
