* The PHonon tarball had to be split up into three tarballs, PHonon, PlotPhona
  and QHA, as it contains those three top-level directories.
* The directory TDDFPT/ColorCalculator has been removed because it contains
  non-free code and is not shipped in the package anyway.
* The files archive/blas-1.tar.gz, archive/ELPA-0.3.tar.gz and
  archive/lapack-3.2.tar.gz have been removed.
