eudc for DEBIAN

The eudc package follows the Debian GNU/Linux 'emacsen' policy and
byte-compiles its elisp files for each 'emacs flavor' (emacs19,
xemacs19, emacs20, xemacs20...) whenever it or one of the emacs
flavors is installed.  The compiled code is then installed in a
subdirectory of the respective site-lisp directory,
/usr/share/<flavor>/site-lisp.

Xemacs21 is expected to have LDAP support compiled in.

Both .info and .html documentation are built and installed.
