<a href="../PlottingSymbol/linecolor.htm"><CODE>CURVECOLOR</CODE></a>,
<a href="../Xaxis/xlabelcolor.htm"><CODE>XLABELCOLOR</CODE></a>,
<a href="../Yaxis/ylabelcolor.htm"><CODE>YLABELCOLOR</CODE></a>,

either a string or a numeric scalar. A positive numeric value represents
the index of the color in the currently loaded colormap. A negative number
represents the index of the fixed color. A string value should be one of the
