Wipeout

The WIPEOUT entity (`DXF Reference`_) is a polygonal area that masks underlying
objects with the current background color. The WIPEOUT entity is based on the
IMAGE entity, but usage does not require any knowledge about the IMAGE entity.
The handles to the support entities :class:`ImageDef` and :class:`ImageDefReactor`
are always "0", both are not needed by the WIPEOUT entity.
